Brainiac 5 dealt with a lot of things from his universe but being under the scrutiny of his doppelganger wasn't on his
list.

The teenager felt himself being stared coarsely from the table currently strapped down to.

His pseudo version only had a superficial likeness to himself. Green skin, blond hair, purple. After that it differed. For
one thing this Brainiac 5 contained both artificial and humanoid parts, close to being akin to an android. His eyes purple
with white irises.

He was younger than him. This version if he recalled had around fourteen cycles compared to his seventeen.

"Complete humanoid structure with the exception of your 'ports.' They act as an inhibitor correct?"

Brainy tried to ignore the gnawing emotion of being perturbed at the other Brainiac 5 expanding his neck to peer down at
him. "Yes; I ended up being 'upgraded,' due to an unknown space anomaly that had a lot to do with the configuration of
space and gravitational dimensional composition. My ports are not only my force field integrated but also help my
intellect from expanding to unstable levels."

"I see, which would explain why you are here in our dimensional correct?"

"Yes, my previous world unfortunately met its demise due to outside forces." Brainy refused to explain what those outside
forces were. From what he gathered before hoping to this Future Earth, Superman Prime as well as everything else did not
exist here, thank goodness.

The other Brainiac 5 wrote down the information in what humanoid Brainy understood was a Omnicom. The Coluan sucked down
the emotion of pensive melancholy spreading towards his twelve intellects.

Brainy closed one eye as his other version poked at the disks lightly on his forehead. "It seems to be that the technology
differs but has similar qualities in your flight rings." Of course, Norg build them in his time period compared to this
version doing it outright.

He wouldn't never admit that out-loud though.

A cold almost metallic finger traced his cheek and Brainy felt himself shiver. It felt strange, like rough callused fingertips.

"Your skin is appealing too, I must find out if its the same all over."

Those fingers touched against his collarbone, wavering and ghosting the hem of his uniform. He agreed to this so that their exploration and protection of other worlds would stay on track. There was something going to happen here so Brainy let himself become the scapegoat for this Legion's interest.

It didn't mean he enjoyed it but it would be better him rather than Cosmic boy or even the merged Element lad/Live wire.

“Do you mind if I strip you naked?”

Brainy was going to answer that until a hand grabbed the doppelganger arm. "I think that's enough experimentation."

Brainiac 5 of this world didn't miss a beat. "I see you are the Invisible kid of this other dimension. Interesting." He expanded himself, arms rotating out of their sockets as well as his neck elongating. If it wasn't for the situation the humanoid Brainiac 5 would had laughed; his other self reminded him of those twenty first century Earth toys.

Lyle Norg phased in, annoyance in his brown eyes. "Yeah I get that a lot. If you may could you please unhand my friend?"

"Friend?" The other Brainiac 5 rotated his head one hundred and eighty degrees. "I see; there's something you're hiding correct? You appear to be defensive, your heart rate quicken while I examined this 'other me.' It reminds me of something."

Lyle flushed; how did this Brainy pick up that they were dating? Or was it a bluff? "You're joking right?"

The other Brainiac reformed himself, Lyle letting go of him arm as he did. He turned towards his doppelganger, then to Invisible kid, then back again.

"I-"

"I think that's enough." Brainiac 5 undid the latch on the table without any effort and sat up. The last thing he needed to do was explain how he and Norg had a relationship. He seen how his version looked at Superman and how this Invisible kid looked at his clone and he didn't want to be involved in that drama when it erupted.
